Grandma's Birthday In Mammoth

We celebrated my Mom's Birthday in Mammoth this year. She bought a new Moosewood cookbook that is amazing! I decided to try out the Spinach Feta Risotto. It was amazing, and went well with the roasted vegetables and crusted salmon. Yum!
